Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking. Can't find what you're looking for? Get in touch.

Before Your First Visit

Your first appointment is a full consultation, usually around 60 minutes. We'll take time to understand your history, what's brought you in, and what you want to achieve. We'll explain everything we find and involve you in the plan going forward. There's no rushing, and there are no stupid questions.

It depends on what you're dealing with. Some people need a few sessions; others benefit from ongoing support over months. After your first appointment we'll give you a realistic picture of what to expect and let you decide the pace. We don't lock you into packages.

Initial consultations are £77 and follow-up appointments are £73. Class and therapy pricing varies, please get in touch for a full breakdown, or you'll see pricing clearly when booking online.

Physiotherapy often focuses more on specific injury rehabilitation and exercise-based recovery. In practice, the best choice depends on your individual situation, if you're not sure, get in touch and we'll help you decide.

Counselling is for anyone who's going through a difficult time and would like support. You don't need to be in crisis. Many people come to counselling because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want a space to think things through. If you're unsure whether it's right for you, reach out, our counsellors are happy to have a brief, no-pressure conversation before you commit to anything.
